Rahim Dan Akazu

Rahim Dan Akazu was born to the family of Abui Akazu on the 4th of April, 1969 at Bomo Village in Bassa Local Government Area of Jos, Plateau State.
He attended Ecwa Primary School and later Zawan Commercial Secondary School. He later attended Plateau State Polytechnic former Kuru Campus. He attended Jos Ecwa Theological Seminary. Later he was involved with Spring of Life Jankwano Hospital as a voluntary worker.
He did his Discipleship Training School in Port Harcourt 2002, and came back on staff. He staffed with YWAM, Port Harcourt under DTS and led a couple of DTS outreach teams, before his death he was leading the DTS (Jan – June session) in Port Harcourt. Apart from DTS he did the School of HIV/Aids in Muizenberg, Cape Town, South Africa. Rahim was the key person to work with the people coming from School of HIV/Aids South Africa to start The HIV/Aids School that was to start in April, 2006 in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Rahim is known for his straight forwardness, a pastor at heart.
