Thursday Morning, January 30th, 2014, William “Bill” Manning went home to be with the Lord. He was part of the leadership team for the 1962 Seattle Worlds Fair outreach and with his family attended the 1971-72 Lausanne SOE. He faithfully served the Lord, until his death, in Lindsay California. Where he is survived by wife Lorna, children and grandchildren.
